Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Parking Note: The entry height to the underground car park is 1.90 m. Due to piping inside the underground garage, the height is reduced in some areas to 1.70 m. We therefore recommend that you enter with a car height of up to 1.70 cm.

This 2.5-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults. The apartment has been modernised and is bright and cheerfully furnished.

From the hallway, you’ll enter the kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to let your culinary creativity run wild, such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and much more. The brightly tiled shower room features not only the standard bathroom amenities (shower, toilet, hair dryer, etc.) but also a washing machine. The hallway also leads to the small, separate bedroom. Here you’ll find a sleeper chair for one person (approx. 90x200 cm) as well as plenty of space and closets to store your luggage and clothes. In the living/dining room with laminate flooring, you’ll find a cosy sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a modern stereo system (Bluetooth). Adjacent to this is a renovated and high-quality furnished balcony, from which you can see the sea. The couch can be used as a sleeping area for 1 person (width approx. 120 cm). From the living room, you can also access the open sleeping area. Here, you can make yourself comfortable in the double bed (2x 90x200 cm).

An underground parking space (clearance height 1.90 m) is reserved for you. Depending on availability, you can store any bicycles you bring with you in the bicycle storage room.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
