Here you’ll stay in a beautiful semi-detached home, built to high standards with tasteful design, in a quiet part of Grömitz—close to the beach and centrally located.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright, light-filled living room with a cosy sofa set and a modern flat-screen TV. The entire family can gather in the adjoining dining area to enjoy pleasant evenings together. The comfortable kitchen has everything you could want. From the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and oven to the electric kettle and toaster, everything you need for a perfect dinner is provided. On the ground floor, there is a guest room with a single bed (spring mattress, 90x200 cm). On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine (for a fee). The house features a second, spacious bathroom with a shower and sauna on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor are two comfortable bedrooms. After an eventful day of holiday, you’ll find relaxation and peace with ease thanks to the high-quality, original ORTHOPÄDIKA box-spring double beds (180x200 cm and 160x200 cm). Each bedroom features a built-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and blackout blinds.

Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cosy warmth on colder days. All rooms on the ground floor have exterior shutters.
