New in 2026: A brand-new, high-quality sleeper sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed (approx. 150x200 cm) in a single step. The new sofa now offers significantly greater comfort.
The amenities also include a cosy living and lounging area, a built-in kitchenette with a dining area, a separate bedroom with a single bed (90x200 cm), and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Everything is harmoniously coordinated—renovated and decorated with great attention to detail.

You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you right in front of the front door. An lift takes you comfortably to the ground floor. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the shared laundry room. You can safely store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two bicycle storage rooms (one of which is lockable).

During the season, from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
