Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Apartments service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

A granite staircase leads you to the ground floor. The entryway offers plenty of space for your coats, shoes, and beach gear. Step into your holiday paradise!

Connected by wide hallways, this level features a total of 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. At the end of the hallway on the right is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV. Next to it is a modern full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A walk-in closet with two open-concept closets separates the two “master bedrooms” on this side. The second bedroom also features a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and an additional closet. Both of these bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with pleated blinds and blackout curtains. A bright, natural-light-filled shower room with a rain shower is right next to them. To the left of the front door is the third spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm), a closet, and a chest of drawers. There’s plenty of space here for the “little ones” to play.

A staircase with designer flooring leads you to the upper level. “Wow…” will be your first words! Spanning the entire level is the open-concept living and dining area, featuring a 42-square-meter rooftop terrace. This room captivates with its charming sloped ceilings featuring exposed steel beams, flooded with light through the wide, floor-to-ceiling windows. A large sofa arrangement facing the balcony invites you to relax after an eventful day of holiday. Across from it is the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which is sure to leave nothing to be desired. You can enjoy a small aperitif at the counter. “Dig in”... a large dining table beckons.
From the spacious living area, you step out onto the fantastic, approximately 50 m² rooftop terrace with herringbone flooring. It’s just the right spot to enjoy the Nordic evening atmosphere with a view of the greenery and, in the distance, the Baltic Sea.

The outdoor parking space reserved for you is right next to the house, and you can lock your bicycles and park them next to the house. The holiday home is set back from the street and is not visible from the road.
