Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

Your brightly furnished 2-room holiday apartment (approx. 45 sqm) is located on the 2nd floor of the well-maintained “Hanseaten Residenz.” An ideal holiday home for up to 2 adults and one child.

Through the hallway with a coat closet, you’ll enter a cosy living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette and an adjoining dining area. After an eventful day of holiday, you can relax on the comfortable sofa. In just a few simple steps, you can convert the sofa into an additional sleeping area (160x190 cm). From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers a side view of the spa gardens. In the separate bedroom, you can rest and relax in a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), and a wardrobe provides ample space for your holiday clothes.
The shower room is also comfortable, featuring underfloor heating and a heated towel rack.

Of course, the holiday rental includes an outdoor parking space right next to the house. You can park your bicycles locked up next to the house. At the “Hanseaten Residenz,” guests have access to a shared washing machine and dryer for a fee.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
