This spacious ground-floor holiday apartment in Scharbeutz offers approx. 74 m² and is ideal for families or couples looking to spend a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

The living area invites you to relax with its cosy sitting area, smart TV, and sleeper sofa (sleeping area approx. 180 x 200 cm). Large windows and blackout curtains ensure a comfortable living environment. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (Nespresso), electric kettle, and toaster. A dining area is also available.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm)
Bedroom 2 with a pull-out bunk bed (approx. 90 x 200 cm each), ideal for children

All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and offer a comfortable place to retreat.

The bathroom features a modern design and is equipped with a walk-in shower. A washer-dryer is also available.

A special highlight is the approximately 200 m² garden for your exclusive use, featuring an adjoining terrace and patio furniture—perfect for relaxing outdoors. A parasol provides pleasant shade.

Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be rented for an additional fee for the duration of your stay. Up to 3 dogs are allowed upon prior notice and for a fee. This is a non-smoking accommodation.
