The 2-room apartment is approximately 34 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is fully tiled and features a living area with: a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV, a radio/CD player, a dining area, a built-in kitchenette, and access to the patio with patio furniture. The modern kitchenette is equipped with: an induction cooktop (4 burners), a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bedroom features a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a second exit to the patio. Shower room with a hair dryer.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. A shared, lockable garden shed is available for use as a bicycle shelter.
