Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

Located on the ground floor, this charming holiday rental features a total of 2 rooms, a living area of approximately 49 m², a balcony, 1 separate bedroom with a box-spring bed (single mattress, 160x200 cm), and a living room with a cosy sofa set. An additional sleeping area is available on the 170x180 cm sofa bed. The kitchen, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped. You can prepare meals without being separated from your family—there is ample space for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

You can conveniently park your car in your own outdoor parking space. Free Wi-Fi is included here. Guests of the Strandresidenz have access to a shared sauna (for a fee; the sauna operates with 50-cent coins. After inserting a coin, press the start button and turn the temperature dial up). There are also coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the building.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.

Die größte Überraschung war ein defekter Staubsauger, der bei unserer Ankunft mitten im Flur stand. Auf einem Zettel stand: Defekt, wird abgeholt. So etwas erwarte ich nicht von einem Vermittlungsbüro.

Weniger ist mehr! Ab Tag 3 gab es kein WLAN mehr, das war etwas ärgerlich, aber dafür haben wir uns mehr am Ausblick erfreut!
