Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciate you sharing your observations. Regarding the insects, Southern California's warm climate can occasionally result in flying insects, especially when doors are opened frequently. The home is professionally serviced on a regular basis to help minimize this. We also apologize if you experienced lower water pressure during your stay. The alarm on the rear door is required by city code because the pool area is not enclosed by a separate fence. Regarding the air conditioning, the thermostat is programmed not to cool below 72°F. This operating limit helps prevent the system from icing over and ensures reliable operation during periods of extreme heat. Thank you again for your feedback. We value guest comments and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed the home and its amenities. It's especially rewarding to know that your grandkids had such a great time during your stay. We appreciate you choosing our property and would love the opportunity to host you and your family again in the future. Safe travels!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, the privacy offered by the three en-suite bedrooms, the quiet neighborhood, and especially the pool and spa. Regarding the kitchen and household items, the home is stocked with plates, utensils, cookware, towels, and laundry facilities to accommodate the home's maximum occupancy. While we do not provide an abundance of extra duplicates beyond that capacity, we appreciate your perspective and will review your comments as we continually evaluate our guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
