You’ll feel right at home in this 2-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor! With its stylish and tasteful design, this holiday paradise welcomes up to 3 guests in a space of approximately 53 m².

A small entryway, where you can hang your coats, leads you to the heart of the apartment. The spacious living and dining area features a cosy sofa arrangement perfect for snuggling. If needed, this can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment, and you can stream your favourite music through it. From here, you have access to the furnished balcony, where you can relax with a good book. The modern kitchen has everything you could want, and you can decide for yourself whether you’d like to cook while on holiday or enjoy the wide range of dining options Grömitz has to offer. In the separate bedroom, a luxurious box-spring bed (160x200 cm) awaits you, inviting you to enjoy restful nights. After a refreshing shower in the high-quality bathroom, you can start the day feeling invigorated and refreshed. Wi-Fi is included for your use.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your vehicle right next to the house. From the apartment, there is direct beach access (gate and stairs) to the boardwalk. Furthermore, during the winter months, you can see the ocean from the balcony (during the summer, this view is partially obstructed by the greenery of the trees).

As a special highlight, depending on seasonal weather conditions, a beach chair is available to you on the beach from approximately May through September.
