This centrally located 2-roomvacation apartment, measuring approximately 46 m², is located on the 5th floor of the well-maintained Prinzenhof apartment building and is designed to accommodate up to 4 people.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you can whip up delicious meals for your loved ones. From the bright, open living and dining area, you can enjoy a view of the sea at any time. The separate bedroom features a cosy double bed (2 x 80x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The comfortable pull-out sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the living room provides two additional sleeping spots. The apartment has two televisions: The one in the bedroom is even connected to a Blu-ray player and has a port for an Amazon TV Stick. The radio is a digital radio with Bluetooth capability for streaming media. The CD player can also play MP3 files. To ensure you get your well-deserved sleep during your holiday, exterior roller shutters have been installed in the bedroom and pleated blinds in the living room for privacy. Start your day in the modern bathroom, which offers all the comfort you could wish for.

Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea while having breakfast on the covered balcony, or wind down the day with a glass of wine in front of the panoramic window. The stunning view of the sea makes it easy to forget the stresses of everyday life, no matter the season...

A parking space is included with this holiday rental and is located right next to the house. There’s a bike storage room for any bikes you bring along, so nothing stands in the way of a lovely bike ride along the coast. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.
