The living room is tastefully furnished with a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface approx. 160x200 cm), two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV; pleated blinds provide pleasant light control and privacy. A dining area for three with a view of the greenery is integrated into the living area. Wi-Fi is included.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a spacious closet; the living room features a cosy sleeper sofa (sleeping surface approx. 140x200 cm); roller blinds and pleated shades provide privacy and light control. There is also space here for a portable travel cot. For young guests, both a portable travel cot and a high chair are available. In the modern, separate kitchen, you can whip up delicious holiday meals using the induction cooktop with 2 burners and an oven; the dishwasher takes care of the dishes. The elegant, naturally lit bathroom features light-colored tiles and is comfortably equipped with a shower, wall-mounted toilet, sink, and mirror.

In the picturesque communal garden, two cosy seating areas and a children’s swing are available for all guests to enjoy.

You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space reserved for you right next to the house.
