The bright living area welcomes you with a sleeper sofa (110 x 190 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. In the fully equipped, open-concept kitchen, you can prepare your meals and enjoy them right at the dining table with 4 chairs. The first bedroom promises restful nights in the double box-spring bed (2x 90x200 cm), and you can store your clothes in the closet. Another sleeping area is located in the small, interior room with a single bed (100 x 205 cm). The bathroom, which is also interior but still modern, is equipped with a shower/toilet and a heated towel rack. The entire apartment features underfloor heating and can be darkened with exterior blinds. You can truly enjoy your holiday on the private, furnished terrace.

An underground parking space (stacked parking, 5 m long, 2.30 m wide, 1.75 m high) is reserved for you. A washing machine is available for your personal use free of charge. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the shared, lockable storage room in the underground car park. Wi-Fi is included.
