With approximately 42 m² of living space, this 2-room holiday apartment is ideal for a holiday with up to 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Meeresgruß building in Grömitz.

Straight ahead down the hallway, you’ll reach the cosy living area with access to the balcony. You’ll find a sofa bed (140x200 cm), two armchairs, a TV, and a dining table. The small, well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto the combined living area. The separate bedroom features two single beds (90x200 cm each), a TV, and a large built-in closet. The en suite bathroom includes a toilet and shower, as well as a small chest of drawers for your toiletries. Through the living area, you can access the covered, furnished balcony with a view of the greenery.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room (for a fee). A lockable bicycle storage room is available for bicycles you bring with you.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are also not permitted.
