A stylishly furnished living area awaits you, featuring a comfortable corner sofa, a flat-screen TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a round dining table right by the window. The sofa also serves as a sleeping area (160x200 cm), and privacy pleated blinds with sun-reflective panels ensure restful nights. The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the living area and is perfect for social evenings. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed (2x 90x200 cm, with a full-length topper), another TV, and blackout pleated blinds. The interior bathroom will delight you with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors. Unwind from the stresses of everyday life on the furnished, south-facing balcony with an awning.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A washing machine is available free of charge in your private basement storage room.

A dedicated EV charging station (Type 2 / 11 kW) is available for your electric car. Payment is made either via your own e-Charge card or a QR code on the charging station (downloadable app).
