In our vacation home you can expect a cozy atmosphere, in a quiet and beautiful south / west orientation, a private large terrace with barbecue and large garden.

- Separate kitchen with basics such as salt and pepper, sugar, tea, spices,
- bright and modern living and dining room
- 2 storage rooms including a washing machine
- 2 bathrooms with shower, one bathroom en suite
- There is a large terrace with awning, a large garden table and 6 chairs

- Lockable room for bicycles

- The house is located directly on the dyke at Friedrichsschleuse, in the middle between Carolinensiel and Harlesiel
- The beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bike.
- There is a bus stop approx. 200m from the house and you can easily get to the beach or go shopping.
