Preisleistung passt nicht, die Küche ist ein zusammen-gestelltes etwas. Kein richtiger Backofen, nur ein separater Backautomat….Kühlschrank, Griff defekt und sehr klein. Die ganze Küche sehr lieblos aufgebaut, die Ausstattung komplett zusammengewürfelt, einfach billig. TV im Wohnzimmer empfängt nur die öffentlich/ rechtliche Sender, warum auch immer. Die Fußleisten im Kinderzimmer fallen permanent ab, wenn man beim Staubsaugen gegen kommt. Wir sind schon ein Tag früher abgereist, das hat schon einiges zu sagen….. Mein Fazit zu dieser Unterkunft, nicht nur kassieren, sondern auch investieren, Danke.

Für die Wintermonate (Wir hatten teilweise bis -5°C) ist die Heizungsanlage an der Leistungsgrenze und das Haus ist sehr bodenkalt. Das kleine Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist bei Kippbetrieb nur mit Anstrengung zu schliessen. Die Lage ist top, Einkaufen und Promenade alles fußläufig innerhalb von 7 Minuten erreichbar.

Wir besuchten das Haus nun schon zum zweiten Mal und waren positiv überrascht, daß noch ein paar Optimierungen stattgefunden haben seid letztem Jahr, innen wie außen.wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen. Nah am Strand und der hundestrand ist auch nicht weit weg.zentral gelegen,man erreicht ganz viel zufuß. Und trotzdem hat man im komplett eingezäunten Garten seine Ruhe mit den Hunden und kann den Urlaub vollkommen genießen. Top top top.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist für vollkommen für sich alleine untergebracht. Wohnungsgröße war für uns, 2 Personen 1 Hund, absolut ausreichend. Garten und Terrasse könnten etwas gepflegter sein. Ein neuer Duschkopf und eine neue Kaffeemaschine wären unbedingt nötig. Ein etwas leistungsstärkerer Staubsauger wäre auch nicht verkehrt. Das Bett bzw.die Lattenroste haben ihre besten Zeiten auch bereits hinter sich. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer für uns ruhigen Unterkunft.
