A lovingly furnished holiday home with a large garden for up to 4 people in Neujellingsdorf. The house has a living area of 94 m², divided into 3 rooms across 2 floors.

The spacious living and dining room features a cosy seating area, a Waipu HD TV with 300 channels, a DVD player, a hi-fi system, and access to the outdoors: The south-facing, furnished terrace—sheltered from the wind and prying eyes—is perfect for relaxing. Here you’ll find a fire pit for cool evenings as well as a grill. The huge, fenced-in garden features comfortable sun loungers and a variety of toys for all ages. The open-concept country-style kitchen is perfectly equipped for amateur chefs: From an induction stove to raclette and fondue sets, you’ll find a variety of extras. The bathroom with shower is modern. In the bright attic, you can unwind in two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double box-spring bed (180x200 cm), and the other with two single box-spring beds (90x200 cm each). There is another bathroom upstairs. The highlight on the upper floor is the panoramic window, which can be shaded using a remote control. All windows are fitted with insect screens, and there is underfloor heating and electric exterior roller shutters on the ground floor.

In the annex, you can make yourself comfortable in the lounge furniture when the weather is bad. A fireplace provides cosy warmth, and the ping-pong table is perfect for a bit of exercise.

The house includes a garage and several parking spaces. You have the option to reserve a wallbox for charging electric cars. You can store your bicycles and sports equipment in the lockable garage. A washing machine is available on-site. A fiber-optic connection with unlimited internet is included.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is included in the rental price. A second and third dog are welcome to join you for an additional fee. Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property.
