The charming 4-room Fehmarnwelle holiday home in Niendorf has a living area of approximately 70 m² and is suitable for 5 people.

The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and a focus on water sports. On the ground floor, you’ll find a tastefully furnished living area with a sofa and TV. The patio door leads outside, where you’ll discover a cosy dining area with plenty of space. A charcoal grill is provided. Adjacent to the patio is the beautiful shared garden. The well-equipped kitchen offers amenities such as a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven. You can make your morning coffee using a drip coffee maker or a capsule machine. A dining area is located right in the kitchen. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm wide). Three dressers, a TV with a small couch, and a table are provided here. From the bedroom, you can access the balcony, which is furnished with four chairs and a table. Additional sleeping accommodation include a small children’s room with a bunk bed (90x200 cm) and a double bed (140x200 cm) in the attic.

A shared car park is located just a few steps from the house.
