Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town centre are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue through 2027.

In addition to the comfortable furniture that enhances the charm of the historic building, the apartment stands out for its modern amenities: Two large smart TVs come equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more, and via Google Home (the counterpart to Alexa), you can use voice commands to play the radio and music at any time. In the separate, modern kitchen, home cooks will be in their element and can effortlessly whip up their favourite dishes thanks to the high-quality appliances. It also features both a filter coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine. You’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. One of the bedrooms is connected to the living room by a wide sliding door that can be closed at night. The comfortable bathroom leaves little to be desired. From the large, walk-in shower, you can look out onto the enormous balcony—nearly 20 m²—which is accessible from both the bathroom and the kitchen. Here you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and leave the stresses of everyday life behind.
