Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Apartments service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

In idyllic Heikendorf: a charming 2-room holiday rental with approx. 60 m² of living space and a terrace, accommodating up to 2 people.

The centrepiece of this lovingly furnished apartment is the living room with its beautiful window facing the Kiel Fjord. The sofa and the cosy dining area invite you to relax. The separate kitchen is well-equipped, making self-catering a pleasure. The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is also modern and boasts a walk-in shower. A cosy, furnished terrace is located right in front of the house, where you can enjoy the beautiful weather and the fresh sea air.

Dafür das wir Zusatzkosten von Hund, Endreinigung und Miete für Wäsche zusätzlich zahlen mussten, ist das Preis/ Leistung Verhältnis nicht korrekt. Schade auch das man dann weder Spülmittel noch Topfschwämme vorfand und diese besorgen müsste. Nicht so toll zum ersten Urlaubstag. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr freundlich. Zur Info, der Wasserkocher sollte ausgewechselt werden, da er sich nicht mehr automatisch ausstellt.

Leider hatte sie einige Mängel (Fenster im Wohnzimmer defekt, Steckdosen gingen nicht, Lichtschalter abgeklebt, Backofen mit Fehlerhinweis, quietschender Klodeckel, unangenehmer Geruch). Die Lage war für jüngere Menschen leider auch ungünstig. Desweiteren hat man einen Blick zur Förde auch nur von Wohnzimmer aus, nicht wie beschrieben auch von der Terrasse, diese liegt zur Straßenseite.Der Weg zum Meer war dennoch perfekt. Wir waren mit einem Hund da. An und für sich ist sie für Hunde geeignet, diese eine „städtische“ Gegend gewohnt sind. Für Hunde die das Land gewöhnt sind, leider ungeeignet. Aufgrund der Lage und der Mängel würden wir die Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.
