Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Apartments service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

This gorgeous 2-room apartment, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the 2nd floor of the popular Fördeblick apartment complex. From your window and the balcony, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of Laboe and the Kiel Fjord.

This loft-style apartment features a spacious living and dining room with a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The double bed is located upstairs on the second level (accessible via a staircase).

The Fördeblick apartment building is situated away from traffic in a very quiet location on the cliff edge of Laboe’s Oberdorf district. The town centre, the picturesque harbour, and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach are just a few minutes away. And for your dining needs, there’s a restaurant right in the building.

A parking space in the garage is reserved for your car. For 1 € per day per bike, you can securely store up to 2 bicycles in a bike garage.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmässig aber etwas minimalistisch eingerichtet. Beim Geschirr zum Beispiel gibt es Teile, welche nicht in vierfacher Ausführung vorhanden sind. Wir waren zu Viert hier. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu Viert könnte es hier etwas eng werden. Die Lage ist Top. Man ist zu Fuss innerhalb 5 Minuten in der Bäckerei, am Strand oder noch schneller im Kaufhaus. Der Fördeblick ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die ein- und ausfahrenden Schiffe. Der Reservationsprozess und der Service dazu ist perfekt. Man wird regelmässig, zeitnah und umfänglich informiert. Bei der Reinigung könnte man etwas besser hinschauen. Es macht den Eindruck, als würde teilweise nur oberflächlich gereinigt.
