Zur Wohnung: tolle Lage, aber leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Abhängig von den Nachbarn kann es am Abend schon mal laut sein. Leider werden die Balkone als Raucherplatz genutzt. Da die Wohnungen nah nebeneinander liegen, ist das als Nichtraucher störend und der Geruch zieht dann auch in die Wohnung. Leider. - Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, nur ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere im Bad sind die Fugen verschmutzt und auch der Duschkopf hielt dem hohen Wasserdruck nicht stand. Dann schlägt der Duschkopf komplett nach oben und alles wird naß. Leider wohnten auch drei Spinnen im Bad. Service/Kontakt Vermietung: Perfekt und ohne Makle. Wir wurden schon am Vormittag informiert, dass die Wohnung bezugsfertig war. Toller Service und auch der telefonisch Kontakt war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Unterkunft war soweit super schön, sehr zentral. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Bemängeln müssen wir den Wasserhahn in der Küche. Wenn man diesen aufdreht, spritzt dieser im Umkreis von 50 cm in alle Richtungen. Auch der Balkontisch sieht witterungsbedingt nicht mehr schön aus, frühstücken möchte man daran nicht mehr!

Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre optimal gewesen, Büro anscheinend selten besetzt. Die Lage ist optimal, da der Bus Bahnhof , Geschäfte , Restaurants und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe … trotzdem ruhig
