Es fehlen: Salzstreuer, Butterdose und einfach mal zwei gleiche Becher. Insgesamt zwar komplett aber der Zustand ist unterirdisch. Der Fußboden ist hinüber, die Einrichtung speckig und abgewohnt und die Fenster brauchen unbedingt Mückengitter wegen des Tümpels gegenüber. Daher vermutlich auch die Killerflecken im Schlafzimmer. Ich finde es geizig, keine Gewürzreste dazulassen und die Geschirrspültabs sind lächerlich in einer Wohnung ohne Spülmaschine. Die Kloschüssel hat eine kaputte Glasur, so dass es kontinuierlich nach Urin riecht. Der Schimmel im Bad geht auch nur weg, wenn mal der Lüfter gereinigt wird! Auf den Schränken wurde ewig nicht Staub gewischt. Insgesamt für den Preis zu runtergekommen trotz des schönen Ortes.

In der FeWo haben wir folgendes beobachtet: Pro - Bequemes Sofa mit Bettfunktion - Guter Fernseher mit gutem Bild - Stabiles WLAN - Zwei Wäscheständer - Staubsauger Kontra - ein intensiver Eigengeruch der Wohnung in den ersten beiden Tagen - Laut quietschende Tür zum Flur - Bodenschwelle zwischen Flur und Hauptraum und Schlafzimmer mit herausstehenden Schrauben, Verletzungs- und Stolpergefahr - Laut knackende Schlafzimmertür - Matratzen durchgelegen - Geschirr lieblos zusammengewürfelt, keine vier passenden Kaffeetassen vorhanden - Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach - Flecken auf den Sesseln, Stühlen und Sofa
