Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town centre are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As things stand, the work is expected to continue through 2027.

This apartment, designed for two people and located on the ground floor of a small apartment building, was furnished with great passion. Charm and cosiness, paired with modern amenities, plus views of the fjord, a large garden, and the spa park beyond.

The owners planned the renovation with great attention to detail. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and, as a special touch, a “Clönschnack” door leading to the balcony with a view of the garden. The large open-concept kitchen and living area spans the entire depth of the house and offers a view of the garden on one side and a partial view of the sea across Strandstraße on the other. Guests can look forward to a brand-new kitchen fully equipped with appliances, a small dining table, a large couch, and a smart TV with a wide range of channels and access to various streaming services. High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, also available to guests. The small bedroom is equipped with an additional TV, a new bed with new mattresses, and a closet.

You’ll find your own parking space right next to the house, though there’s really no need to move your car once you’re there. The small town centre of Laboe is within easy walking distance, as are various restaurants, a bus stop, and, of course, the beach and the spa park.

Right on the beach, you’ll find other highlights such as the historic submarine U-995, which visitors can tour. The fine-sand beach and the nearby harbour offer perfect conditions for relaxing days by the sea and exciting excursions on the water. Laboe perfectly combines nature, culture, and relaxation.
