Above the Möltenort marina, in a prominent location with a beautiful ocean view, the modern and tastefully designed Villa Bellevue is situated at the end of a quiet residential area. It features 2 apartments, a carport with a wallbox for charging your electric car, and an additional parking space.

You also have the option to reserve the entire Villa Bellevue for up to 10 people. The apartments can be rented either individually—accommodating 6 or 4 people each—or together to accommodate a total of 10 people; ideal for the whole family, families of friends, or couples.

The apartment, which is over 140 square metres in size, is located on the ground floor of Villa Bellevue; it offers ample space for 4 adults and 2 children. The spacious hallway leads directly into the light-filled, modern living room. Large sliding patio doors open up a view of the beautiful garden, the Möltenort marina, and the Kiel Fjord. At the dining table, perfectly positioned in front of the large patio, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea right from breakfast; the open kitchen is right next to it.
From the couch, aligned parallel to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic window, you can perfectly watch the maritime traffic—including cruise ships, large ferries, cargo ships, and the many sailboats and other vessels; a living room made for relaxation! The fireplace next to it adds to the cosy atmosphere during the cooler months.
You can round off wonderful summer evenings on the large terrace with patio furniture while barbecuing.
From the living area, you can access a bedroom with a double bed, as well as the adjoining large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The second bedroom is accessible from the entryway. This bedroom features a double bed and a sleeper sofa, ideal for a small family. A patio door also leads directly from here into the beautiful garden with its gazebo. The adjoining shower room is located next to this bedroom. Ample closets in both bedrooms provide plenty of storage space for your clothing. The bedroom windows are equipped with insect screens.
External roller shutters are installed throughout the ground floor to block out light.

A wallbox is available for charging your electric car for a daily flat fee. The flat rate can only be booked for the entire stay. You will receive the key at the rental office upon payment of a deposit.
