Positiv: unkomplizierte Buchungsabwicklung und die sehr schöne Lage am Kurpark, ruhig und doch

Positiv: unkomplizierte Buchungsabwicklung und die sehr schöne Lage am Kurpark, ruhig und doch zentral, man ist "für sich". Leider hat das charmante alte Haus einige Mängel. Im unsauber wirkenden Hausflur empfangen einen muffiger Geruch und Insektenköderboxen. Treppen und Fußböden knarren bei jedem Schritt, schlecht schließende Türen sind sehr laut, auch hört man die Geräusche aus der unteren Wohnung. Die IKEA Polstermöbel sind fleckig und abgenutzt und leider sehr staubig, geht gar nicht. Das absolute K.O. Kriterium ist jedoch eine Schrecklich harte und dennoch durchgelegene IKEA Matratze, da ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Die Liegeeigenschaften der Betten werden ja in den Objektbeschreibungen nicht erklärt, aber bei dem Mietpreis sollte man eine gute Matratzenqualität durchschnittlicher Härte erwarten können. Deshalb leider keine Weiterempfehlung, sondern ein Abraten. Den schön fotografierten Bildern wird dieses Objekt leider nicht gerecht.
