In a prime location in Laboe: a 3-room holiday apartment near the beach, approximately 110 m² in size, on the 1st floor with a balcony and ocean view, accommodating up to 6 people. This holiday home is barrier-free and designed to be accessible for people with disabilities, making it suitable for those with limited mobility.

Experience an unforgettable holiday in this modern holiday apartment—enjoy the beautiful view of the Kiel Fjord and watch cruise ships like the AIDA, Mein Schiff, or even the Queen Mary 2, as they pass right by Laboe. Listen to the sound of the sea and take in the spectacular sunsets from one of the three balconies. For cosy moments, two electrically adjustable recliners are available in the living area. A modern air conditioning system ensures comfortable temperatures as needed. The sofa bed in the living room (approx. 160x190 cm, with a slatted frame) can be converted into a full-size bed for two people in a single step.

The separate, very well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island and induction stove is perfect for cooking together. From here, you also have a view of the sea. Great care was taken to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep: One bedroom is furnished with a high-quality upholstered bed (2x 90x190 cm, 7-zone pocket spring core), while the second features a comfortable box spring bed (2x 90x190 cm). One bedroom offers direct access to the walk-in closet. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, a rain shower, and a bathtub. A guest bathroom and an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board (“laundry centre”) round out the amenities.

During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available to you on the beach, weather permitting. Enjoy the lapping of the Baltic Sea and the view of the Kiel Fjord, the world’s busiest major shipping route. From imposing cruise ships to numerous pleasure boats, large cargo ships, ferries to Scandinavia, and even submarines—you’ll see it all. With the binoculars provided in the apartment, you’ll never get bored. You’re just a few steps away from swimming in the Baltic Sea. The beach chair is largely accessible, even for guests with mobility limitations. A ramp leads from the beach promenade almost to the water’s edge; from there, it’s just a few steps across the fine sand to your beach chair.

With the high-speed fiber-optic connection, you can work comfortably or surf the Internet. All three TVs are internet-enabled and offer access to Netflix and media libraries. With “Alexa,” you can have the weather report read aloud, get the news read to you, or play your favourite radio station. A modern electric grill on the balcony ensures relaxing grilling moments—with a view of the Baltic Sea, of course.

Two carport parking spaces are available for your cars. In addition, you can use the wallbox at our in-house service office to charge your electric vehicle (€35 per charge, including tax). You can safely store your bicycles, surfboards, and other gear in the basement.
