Hallo Rita, ich freue mich das es euch gefallen hat. Leider musste ich in vergangener Zeit viele Schäden selbst übernehmen weil ich keine transparente Liste für die Gäste hatte. Ich möchte nur das alle Gäste achtsam mit der Wohnung umgehen.
Die Handtücher sind leider nicht mit inbegriffen aber ich lege trotzdem für den Notfall ( wenn es Gäste vergessen haben) welche ins Badezimmer. Ich versuche wirklich meinen Gästen sehr viel zur Verfügung zu stellen . Es ist auch sehr wichtig das die Gäste, bevor sie buchen, die Beschreibung der Wohnung ( Lage und Ausstattung) durchlesen.

Host did not send instructions on getting into the apartment in English and we were unable to contact her although we called more than a dozen times. The apartment is in a block of apartments with assigned parking which we were also not told. Vrbo told us in a phone call there was a lock box with a code that Vrbo gave us to get in at last. The apartment itself was lovely and the kindness of neighbors in the building who generously helped us made the stay very happy.The host had a printed two page list of “responsibilities” of the tenant in three languages, including “no sex work.” We are both 82 years old.

Liebe Gäste, das stimmt leider gar nicht was IHR mir unterstellt! Ich habe euch den Check in erst auf Deutsch und sofort nach euerer Nachricht auf englisch geschickt! Aber ihr habt leider keine einzige Nachricht angesehen oder darauf geantwortet!!
Ich war sogar so verzweifelt das ich euch über WhatsApp und email angeschrieben habe in der Hoffnung ihr reagiert auf irgendwas.
Fewo konnte euch den Check in sagen weil ich es euch geschrieben habe und sie die Nachricht für euch abgelesen haben. Wenn man über Fewo bucht sollte man auch in der Lage sein seine Nachricht zu lesen und zu beachten!
Für die Garage habe ich euch sogar Videos geschickt um es für euch super einfach zu machen den Parkplatz zu finden aber ich musste es zusätzlich meinem Nachbar schicken damit er es euch erklärt weil ihr keine Nachricht gelesen habt!!!
Es ist auch klar das ich keine Telefonnummer aus Texas mit meinem Handy anrufen kann weil es sehr teuer ist.. wie auch immer.. die Kommunikation war eine Katastrophe.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieterin gute Lage ,in wenigen hundert Metern zu Buss und Straßenbahn, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen , nur zu empfehlen.
