Host did not send instructions on getting into the apartment in English and we were unable to contact her although we called more than a dozen times. The apartment is in a block of apartments with assigned parking which we were also not told. Vrbo told us in a phone call there was a lock box with a code that Vrbo gave us to get in at last. The apartment itself was lovely and the kindness of neighbors in the building who generously helped us made the stay very happy.The host had a printed two page list of “responsibilities” of the tenant in three languages, including “no sex work.” We are both 82 years old.
