“Havel”

“Havel” is a cosy 3-room apartment with 53 square metres of living space on the second floor (top floor). The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. It is designed to accommodate four people.

The apartment entrance leads directly into a small entryway, where you’ll find a large mirror. The coat closet is located in the hallway.

The apartment features a shower room with a toilet and a large mirror. We provide hand towels and bath towels for use inside the apartment. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. A hair dryer is also available for your use in the apartment.

There are two bedrooms available: a double room or twin room (as needed) and a children’s room with a bunk bed (lower bunk 140/200, upper bunk 90/200). In addition to the beds mentioned, each bedroom is equipped with a chest of drawers, a nightstand, an alarm clock, and seating or storage space. The mattresses are high-quality pocket-spring mattresses, so you can get the rest you deserve and sleep soundly through the night. A travel cot for toddlers can be provided at any time. Bed linens are already included in the base price.

The living area is furnished with a kitchenette as well as a very cosy seating area with highly comfortable seating and a large dining table. Amenities include: a 40-inch TV, stereo system (radio, CD player), refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, and a ceramic cooktop with four burners. The kitchen, which is large enough for four people, is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, and cooking utensils. There is no dishwasher in this kitchen.

All rooms face northwest. Through two windows, you can even catch a glimpse of Lake Schwielowsee. All skylights are equipped with blackout blinds.

Parking for one car is included in the base price.
