Vacation apartment near the beach: balcony & terrace, ideal for 2-4 people with dog

Welcome to our centrally located yet quiet, smoke-free duplex apartment, situated above the shopping arcade on Strandstraße. Just a few minutes’ walk from the boardwalk and the main beach. The apartment has its own entrance and is ideally equipped for 1 to 4 people (+1 baby).

Enjoy the comfort of a west-facing terrace and an east-facing balcony, both of which offer morning and evening sun. The living room on the lower level features a flat-screen TV and invites you to relax with a large dining table, a cosy sofa, and two reading chairs. The studio kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.

The bathroom, which has a window, features a large, walk-in shower, as well as a sink and toilet. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for your use. Two additional East Frisian sleeping berths in the form of a bunk bed are located separate from the living area.

In the bedroom under the pitched roof, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a desk, spacious closets, a safe, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a small balcony with a view of the North Sea.

A small storage room with a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board is available for your use. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are located in the shared laundry room. Bed linens, beach towels and bags, dressing gowns, and hand towels are included. We provide a cot and high chair free of charge.

Shorter stays and discounts are available during open dates or for last-minute requests. Dogs are welcome.

Eine sehr sauber und gepflegte Wohnung. Die Küche voll ausgestattet, Wohnbereich sehr gemütlich. Kleine Dachterrasse zum verweilen bei schönem Wetter. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, auch mit Hund. Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt an den Dünen und am Strand zur einen Seite, der Ort und die Gastronomie zur anderen Seite. Der Hundestrand ist ein wenig weiter, wie auf den anderen Inseln auch.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine herrliche Lage und ist schön eingerichtet, freundlich und hell. Die Ausstattung ist bestens. Auch für den Start in den Urlaub ist erstmal alles da. Uns begrüßten zudem Wasser und Wein und da es Osterzeit war, gab es auch noch eine kleine Osterüberraschung. Das haben wir zuvor noch nie erlebt. Auch an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!
