Central, quiet maisonette apartment with tidal flat view - for families & couples
Welcome to our centrally located yet quiet, smoke-free duplex apartment, situated on Carl Stegmann Straße, not far from the harbour. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Kurplatz and the island’s centre. The apartment is ideally equipped for 1 to 4 people.
Enjoy the comfort of a large south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Juist Wadden Sea. The living room on the lower level features a flat-screen TV and, with a high dining table, a cosy sofa, and two reading chairs, invites you to relax. The studio kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.
The bathroom, which has a window, features a large, walk-in shower, as well as a double sink and toilet. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for your use.
In the bedroom under the pitched roof, you’ll find two single beds; the bedroom on the lower floor features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm).
Bedding, beach towels and bags, dressing gowns, and hand towels are included.
Shorter stays and discounts are available during open dates or for last-minute requests.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Schöner Ausblick, ruhige und zentrale Lage, gemütliche Atmosphäre durch die Dachschrägen, tolles Bad. Wir haben uns direkt willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

Schon bei der Buchung kommt man in Urlaubslaune, alles geht sehr freundlich und schnell und individuelle Wünsche werden kreativ berücksichtigt. Der Empfang mit einer Flasche Wein und Mineralwasser ist sehr einladend, alles ist perfekt vorbereitet, so dass man sofort im Urlaub ankommt. Die Wohnung ist innovativ konzipiert und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage ist wunderbar, kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Einkaufen. Hier ist die Urlaubs- und Erholungsqualität außergewöhnlich gut, sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert - für uns kommt keine andere Wohnung mehr in Frage. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Ein toller Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf den Hafen und in diesem Jahr sogar Gartenbesucher mit Nachwuchs - ein Reh mit zwei Kitzen.
