This small holiday rental is located in a very quiet area. For the design, we opted for a modern, urban country-house style with a touch of "shabby chic." Overall, the focus is on cosiness and a comfortable atmosphere. The entrance is at ground level. The holiday rental features a living/sleeping area with a small terrace, a TV, a large bathroom with level-access to the shower (including a washing machine and detergent), a comfortable double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed (sleeping surface 1.20 m) with good lighting and storage space, a closet with plenty of hangers, a coffee table with chairs, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave (basic supplies for 4 people, basic spices, dishwasher tablets, and dish soap provided). Towels and bed linens meeting the Oeko-Tex Standard are provided. Terrace, parking, and bicycle storage available in the courtyard. This small holiday apartment (non-smoking) is wheelchair-accessible and located on a quiet side street in the small wine-growing village of Güntersleben, in a very rural setting and not far from Würzburg, Veitshöchheim, and Thüngersheim. The region is ideal for cycling and hiking trips, vineyard walks, and cultural activities in the nearby Franconian city of Würzburg. Suitable for 2 people, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and public transport to Veitshöchheim and Würzburg. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. Payment is due immediately after booking. Check-in is available until 6:00 PM; please contact the host by phone to arrange a later check-in. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. No smoking. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Meals (bread roll service, breakfast optional).
