On the outskirts of Auray, stay in a peaceful, green haven that was once the literary retreat of the Countess of Ségur.
Built in the late 18th century, the Kermadio estate was once the vacation home of the Countess of Ségur. It is said to have inspired her most beautiful novels, including Les Malheurs de Sophie (The Misfortunes of Sophie).
We are a family business, and for this reason, we are committed to creating a peaceful place for families. A quiet, friendly, and welcoming place for the well-being of our guests.

The estate also has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, which is unheated and open from June to September, and a barbecue area with garden tables. All facilities and parking are shared.
Private access leads down to the Auray River and the viaduct.
Just 10 minutes from the charming port of Saint-Goustan, this location is ideal for day trips to the Gulf of Morbihan, Carnac and its standing stones, Locmariaquer and its beaches, the Quiberon peninsula, and more.
The estate is bordered to the north by the railway line, with all accommodation, the grounds, and activities (tennis, swimming pool, games) located to the south.
