The two-story building features a modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A cozy living room with a seating area, wood-burning stove, and TV (offering German and Swedish programs) adjoins the kitchen. The spacious winter garden serves as a dining area, offering lovely views of the lake. On the ground floor, there is a shower room with a washbasin, toilet, and washing machine. An open staircase leads to two bedrooms upstairs, accommodating a maximum of eight guests. Additional sleeping options are available in two small guest houses on the property. Guests have access to a rowboat and a grill. Please note that bedding and towels are not provided.
