The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, and kettle.

The home includes a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (two single beds together) and a loft with three additional sleeping spaces accessed by a steep staircase. Guests enjoy internet access via fiber optic and can use two communal bicycles. Note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited indoors. Guests must bring their own bedding and towels, and a cleaning fee applies.
