It features a living area of approximately 63 m², accommodating up to 5 guests. The open-plan "Allrum" (family room) is tastefully decorated with pine wood paneling and includes a comfortable living and dining area, complete with a sofa, fireplace, flat-screen TV with German channels, as well as a dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. A spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink adds convenience, while a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with three additional beds ensure ample space. Internet access via fiber optic and two bicycles are available for guests. Note that pets are not allowed, and guests must bring their own linens and towels while also handling the final cleaning.
