Three cosy bedrooms with double beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. Two modern bathrooms with showers, bathtubs, and separate toilets, as well as the spacious garden with a covered pergola and spectacular mountain views, create the perfect atmosphere—whether for a leisurely breakfast or dinner under the starry sky. Free parking is available right in front of the building.

Located in a quiet area in Weißenbach, right at the foot of the Hauser Kaibling, our property offers three exclusive apartments: the Garden Lodge, which accommodates up to 6 people, and the “Blume&Wiese” and “Berg&Wald” apartments, each accommodating up to 4 people. Ideal for families and groups who appreciate comfort, style, and alpine elegance.
Each apartment is lovingly furnished and features cosy bedrooms with double beds as well as modern bathrooms. Sunny balconies or a spacious garden with a covered pergola invite you to enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery—whether over a relaxing breakfast or dinner under the starry sky. Free parking is available right in front of the house.
A perfect location in every season: In winter, you can reach the famous 4-Mountain Ski Area—with direct access to the slopes of the Hauser Kaibling—in just one minute by car or ski bus. In summer, the region entices visitors with a wide variety of outdoor activities—from hikes and mountain bike tours to relaxing moments surrounded by unspoiled nature.

On-site costs: DEPOSIT: A 40% deposit is due via an online portal after booking. OCCUPANCY: “Berg&Wald” apartment: maximum 4 people; “Blume&Wiese” apartment: maximum 4 people; “Hauser Kaibling” garden lodge: maximum 6 people. Local tax per person (children under 15 free): €2.50 / night Final cleaning: €110 (for the “Berg&Wald” and “Blume&Wiese” apartments) or €160 (for the “Hauser Kaibling” garden lodge) is included in the total price. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. Parties are prohibited in this accommodation. Pets are welcome with advance notice (€10 per pet per night). Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. A cot can be provided free of charge, subject to availability; but we ask that you make a reservation in advance with the host. The balance is due 1 day before arrival. The balance is payable by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the host immediately after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.
