Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit großen Balkon. Es gibt einen eigenen Treppenaufgang und einen Fahrradschuppen mit Stromanschluss um die E-Bikes aufzuladen. Wir haben das Auto die Woche nur zum Getränke holen gebraucht, Aldi, Edeka und ein kleiner sehr guter Bäcker ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt vorgefunden, es ist alles da was man braucht und auch der Kleiderschrank bietet ausreichend Stauraum. Mit dem Rad und auch zu Fuß ist man schnell am Strand, die Lage ist ruhig und der große Balkon sehr schön. Alle Fenster haben Aussenrolladen, so dass man gut abdunkeln kann. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich auch ein Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster. Trotz der Nähe zum Sackkanal hatten wir keine Probleme mit Mücken. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Größe der Wohnung für 2 Personen ausreichend. Schöner großer Balkon, mit Abendsonne. Treppenaufgang im Freien zum 1. Stockwerk, im Haus dann ein enger Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung. Gartenhütte zum unterstellen von Rädern vorhanden. In der Gartenhütte waren 2 Räder untergestellt, dadurch recht eng für 2 zusätzliche E-Bikes. Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die Hauptverkehrsstrasse von Bansin nach Heringsdorf ist teilweise hörbar.
