Treppenaufgang im Freien zum 1. Stockwerk, im Haus dann ein enger Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung.
Gartenhütte zum unterstellen von Rädern vorhanden. In der Gartenhütte waren 2 Räder untergestellt, dadurch recht eng für 2 zusätzliche E-Bikes.
Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die Hauptverkehrsstrasse von Bansin nach Heringsdorf ist teilweise hörbar.
