The Beach House “Lütt Marten” is a modern, light-filled wooden holiday home for 2 to 4 people that combines Scandinavian design with a warm, natural living atmosphere. The eco-friendly wooden construction ensures a pleasantly cosy indoor climate and a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the open-concept living and dining area—featuring a cosy sitting area, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen—forms the heart of the house. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the natural surroundings all the way to Lake Kölpinsee and let plenty of light into the rooms. Here, you can cook, eat, and relax together. From there, you have direct access to the spacious and sheltered terrace—ideal for outdoor meals or a relaxing end to the day as the sun sets. The fireplace also creates a pleasant, cosy atmosphere, especially on cooler days.
The attic features a bedroom with a double bed and a view towards Kölpinsee. Two additional sleeping spots are available in the form of cosy single beds in sleeping alcoves on the open loft, which offer a beautiful view through the treetops towards the Baltic Sea.
The house features a modern bathroom with a shower. A special highlight is the Finnish sauna for two people—ideal for relaxing after an active day at the beach. A washing machine is also available.
