Die Lage des Objekts ist zum Radfahren sehr gut, die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer ist so fleckig, dass man ihn ohne Schuhe nicht betreten mag. Auch die Couch könnte eine Grundreinigung vertragen, ebenso die Stühle (sehr durchgesessen). Wir sind beide schon etwas älter, ein Bett mehr oder weniger unmittelbar über dem Boden ist daher nicht optimal. Der Abfluss in der Dusche könnte häufiger gereinigt werden, das Wasser staute sich.
