Surroundings
This half of the house is located on an idyllic and quiet cul-de-sac in the beautiful Bodden village of Born. There are two small harbours with fishing opportunities in the immediate vicinity. It’s just a few steps to the shore of the Bodden, and the town centre—with its bakery, cafés, and restaurants—is only a few minutes’ walk away. You can reach the stunning Weststrand by bike through the Darß Forest after about six kilometres. Along the Bodden, you can explore the surrounding towns on the well-developed network of bike and hiking trails.

About the semi-detached house
On the ground floor is the living room with a cosy sitting area and a wood-burning stove. A small terrace with patio furniture is attached to the living area. The separate kitchen with a spacious dining area, a guest bathroom, and another terrace leading out to the garden round out the ground floor. The attic features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the upper floor, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Bodden.

In addition to the terrace with garden furniture, the 330-square-meter property also offers sun loungers for relaxing in the garden. The existing garden grill is perfect for barbecue evenings with family or friends. There is also one parking space for a car and bike storage available here.
