Holiday Home 'Podere Al Basso' with Private Pool, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Welcome to Podere al Basso, a rustic Tuscan farmhouse nestled in the tranquil countryside of Lucca, just a few kilometers from the center.

This house is perfect for groups or large families looking for relaxation, nature and an authentic experience in a comfortable and charming setting.



Podere al Basso can accommodate up to 12 people, spread over three floors:



Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, kettle and everything needed for cooking. Living area with living room, fireplace, dining table, TV and sofa.



Second floor: two double bedrooms and a full bathroom.



Third floor: three double bedrooms and a second full bathroom.



In addition to the 5 double beds, 2 single pouf beds are available to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.



Although there is no air conditioning, the cottage remains naturally cool throughout the summer.

Excellent wifi is present, so you can continue to work or use your devices while on vacation.

Your pets are allowed and welcome.



Outside you will find:

At the back of the cottage a private and very pleasant terrace for breakfasts or relaxing moments.

A large outdoor table perfect for convivial dinners.

A small cottage/laundry room available to guests.

A beautiful private in-ground pool, located lower than the house, with sun loungers and a unique panoramic view of Lucca.

The pool is open from June 15 to October 1 (there may be variations depending on weather conditions).

Private parking spaces within the property.



Access is by classic check-in with one of our co-hosts, who will welcome you and explain to you as best he can the house, which has some special features and deserves a thorough presentation.



A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
