100% sustainable energy and no restrictions: Casa Tali, a small free standing house for two people with a huge garden. The house impresses with above-average comfort. It is located in the very quiet Barrio Tacande de abajo, 3 minutes south of El Paso by car at 690 metres above sea level, free-standing with an additional 33 m² of partially covered terraces on a 7,000 m² plot with a great garden with palm trees, yucca and dragos, but also various fruit trees such as avocado, lemon, orange, apple, plum, persimmon, macadamia and olive. It offers a view of the vast Atlantic Ocean. If you are looking for peace and quiet but still want to be centrally located, Casa Tali is the perfect oasis for you.
