Nestled in the idyllic East Frisian countryside, our lovingly furnished Tannenhuuske semi-detached home warmly welcomes you. This cosy accommodation can accommodate up to three people plus a toddler in a travel cot—ideal for couples or small families.

Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious living-dining area, as well as a bathroom and access to the patio.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and—upon request—a travel cot for a toddler, as well as access to the balcony.
The upstairs bathroom also features a toilet, a bathtub with shower, a sink, and a washing machine.

Please remember to bring your own bed linens and towels, as these are not automatically provided.
The rental price includes a one-time flat fee of 15 euros for linens; if you bring your own, we will refund the 15 euros upon arrival.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und hochwertig eingerichtete Haushälfte. Kleiner Garten mit großem Sonnensegel. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Es ist zwar von allen Ferienhäusern am weitesten vom Badestrand entfernt, man ist aber trotzdem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß dort. Hinter dem Haus verläuft eine etwas mehr befahrene Straße, die uns aber im Haus nicht gestört hat. Das Internet ist leider nahezu unbrauchbar langsam, sprich wer vor Ort arbeiten möchte, der sollte sich etwas überlegen. Das scheint aber ein generelles Problem im Ort zu sein. Wir hatten auch etwas mit Mücken im Haus zu kämpfen, ich vermute, dass diese beim Öffnen der Haustür mit reinkommen, weil viele Fenster vorbildlich mit Insektennetzen ausgestattet sind. Bei heißen Tagen wäre im Schlafzimmer ein Ventilator noch ganz gut, weil es sich oben schneller aufwärmt. Das Haus ist sonst aber sehr gut isoliert mit elektrischen Rolladen. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes kleines Häuschen, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Vielen Dank, für die ausführliche und insgesamt sehr positive Bewertung und die Empfehlung unseres Tannenhuuske! Zu den angesprochenen Punkten noch ein paar ergänzende Hinweise, von denen einige bereits genannt wurden: - Damit in jedem Raum ohne Fliegen gelüftet werden kann, befindet sich in jedem Raum an einem Fenster ein festes Fliegengitter, zusätzlich gibt es einen Fliegenvorhang an der Eingangstür. - Der Privatstrand der Ferienhaussiedlung ist, wie in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung angegeben, ca. 200 m entfernt und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. - Der Stürenburgweg ist im Alltag eine von drei ruhigen Zubringerstraßen zum Badesee. Während des Aufenthalts waren allerdings, für unsere Gegend außergewöhnliche 34 Grad, wodurch bei schönstem Wetter am See deutlich mehr Verkehr als üblich herrschte, da auch die einheimische Bevölkerung, an solchen Tagen Abkühlung im Badesee sucht. - Beim Internet handelt es sich um DSL. In den Sommermonaten und besonders an Wochenenden kann es durch die hohe Auslastung im Ort langsamer sein, das ist ärgerlich. In der Nebensaison ist die Verbindung erfahrungsgemäß deutlich besser – auch längere Aufenthalte mit Homeoffice und Videocalls waren bei uns in der Nebensaison bereits möglich. - Wie bereits erwähnt, sind auch im Schlafzimmer elektrische Rollläden vorhanden, die zum Abdunkeln und als Hitzeschutz genutzt werden können. Vielen Dank auch für den Hinweis zum Ventilator. - Auch preislich besteht ein Unterschied zum direkten Strandbereich: Doppelhaushälften direkt am Strand beginnen bei etwa 100 € pro Nacht und mehr. Bei uns liegt der aktuelle Saisonpreis bei 85 € pro Nacht – bei vergleichbarer Ausstattung und nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg zum Privatstrand. Wir haben uns von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist schön und ruhig gelegen und sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und hatten trotz des schlechten Wetters einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend geantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Alles in allem war es super. Es gab nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten die besser gewesen wären. Das erste war mit dem W-Lan passwort, dieses war zwar angegeben im Ordner aber es war flasch. Auf dem Router steht aber das richtige passwort also halb so wild.Das nächste ist das es gut zu wissen wäre wo ein Altglas Container ist. Dazu steht nichts im Ordner. Aber da wir eh viel unterwegs waren und man sich ja eh die gegend anschaut wird man auch schnell fündig. Dafür gab es aber viel mehr positives: Ein begrüßungsgeschenk, ein hochstuhl für kleinkinder, bettunterlagen waren schon drunter für nächtliche unfälle der kinder, schön und modern eingerichtet, die umgebung ist super inklusive einem privaten strandbereich und das alles für einen spitzen preis. Wir sind super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
