In the centre of Ville San Pietro 6 km from the centre of Borgomaro, 15 km from the centre of Pontedassio, 23 km from the centre of Imperia, 23 km from the sea, 6 km from the river. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 15 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bicycle rental 15 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 23 km, sandy beach "Imperia" 23 km. Cycle lane 23 km. Please note: car recommended.

Gas heating, air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 30.04. 3nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Natural stone floors. Garden. Terrace furniture.
