Quiet, 3 large bedrooms. Two with matrimonial beds and one with 3 individual beds (7 places). Two bathrooms with shower, sink and wc.

Magnificent south-facing terrace, olive garden. Completely independent house completely renovated in 2014-2016 and nicely decorated. Very calm situation.

Close to a motorway exit, ideal for visits (1km) and beaches (1.5 km) and close to the center of Porto Maurizio (Imperia). The village of Piani (Imperia) is located in Val Prino, a stone's throw from the sea and the mid-mountain villages.

Wonderful

The house has a really beautiful and sunny garden, a lot of different chairs to sit in. The house is very close to some great restaurants. Everything you could need is available in the house. Communication with the host and owner was very good. We enjoyed our stay in Imperia very much. The village is really beautiful to walk around in or relax on the beach

Leider ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und war nicht besonders sauber. Ausserdem fehlten Standards wie Fön und ganz wichtig Fliegengitter (wenigstens an 2,3 Fenstern). Man konnte schlecht lüften, da Insekten und Getier hineinkamen - auch durch undichten Stellen an Türen und Dach.Der Gartenbereich ist dafür sehr schön.

Toller Italienurlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem wirklich super ausgestattetem Ferienhaus. Alles, was wir brauchten, war auch vorhanden. Es gab eine fantastische Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke und auch die Strandlinie war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine ruhige Lage mit Muskitos

Wer Ruhe sucht, dann nach das Haus in Imperia. Auch die Sonne ist den ganzen Tag da. Die Umgebung ist schön.Aber es gab viele Musquitos,just am Abend und in der Nacht.

Wir sind zufrieden

Alles in allem, gut!! Wir sind zufrieden. Alles wie beschrieben. Man muss wirkliche beachten, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus nicht gegeben ist. Man muss hinlaufen. (Taschen, Einkäufe und den Müll durch den Ort tragen). War für uns nicht schlimm. Dafür wohnt man im Altstadt Kern des Dorfes. Die Frau für die Übergabe der Schlüssel war sehr nett, pünktlich und hat schnell auf unsere whatsappnachricht geantwortet (wir hatten eine Frage zur Müllentsorgung). 3 Doppelzimmer sind schön und sauber. Wir waren 2 Paare mit 2 Kinder. Perfekte Aufteilung mit den 2 Badezimmern. Küche ausreichend eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen weiter.

Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, die Frau vor Ort konnte sogar Deutsch. Super Lage, sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat eine schöne Terasse, innen ist alles vorhanden. Eine Pizzeria ist auch gleich ums Eck. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

9 Tage Erholung pur

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war sehr angenehm. Die vorherige Abstimmung zur Schlüsselübergabe sowie das Bereitstellen von Informationen und Tipps mit Blick auf die Umgebung und Restaurants waren super. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gerätschaften, Gechirr, Kaffeemaschine und Besteck in der modernen und großen Wohnküche waren vorhanden, sodass leckere Speisen zubereitet werden komnten und gemütliche Abende auf der Terrasse möglich waren. Imperia selbst hat eine wunderschöne Umgebung und bietet mit den umliegenden Hafenstädten ausreichend Möglichkeit für Erholung und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Für Fahrrradliebhaber gibt es exklusive und kilometerlange Fahrradwege, die sogar durch angelegte Tunnel die Küste entlang den Weg zu den Stränden und Städten ebneten. Dort sag man dann auch wunderschöne Sandstrände, die man nur per Autofahren gar nicht einsehen konnte. Rundum gelungen und zu empfehlen einen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus und in Imperia zu verbringen. Tolles Ferienhaus mit Allem was man braucht

Ein tolles gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Allem was man braucht. Die Terasse ist groß und ruhig. Strände sind in 10 Min mit den Auto zu erreichen, ebenso Wanderrouten oder Fahrradwege.

Mooi huis met grote tuin op prima locatie

Het is groot huis met een complete keuken. Buitenkant wat verveloos en een buitendeur die niet op slot kon. Wel een afsluitbaar hek rondom het huis. Parkeren kan niet bij het huis, wel 250 meter verderop. Dat wisten wij niet van tevoren. Een geweldige tuin.

Agréable séjour dans un village authenrique

Jolie villa , dans un village pittoresque, très calme, un bel extérieur à l'ombre des oliviers, proche de la mer et des cascades rafraichissantes! Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour et y avons dégusté de bonnes pizzas locales pour un prix dérisoire. Une location que nous recommandons sans soucis!

Tres bon sejour

Tres jolie maison avec une belle terrasse et un agreable jardin. Tout equipee, dehors comme dedans. Une grande capacite d'accueil. Une plage de sable et la ville sont tout proches en voiture. Nous avons passe un superbe sejour et recommandons fortement cette maison!

Die Zeit in dieser idyllisch und abseits vom Tourismus gelegenen Ferienvilla ist viel zu schnell vergangen. Wir haben uns in dem modern eingerichteten und großzügig ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor der ersten Benutzung erforderte der Zustand einiger Küchenutensilien allerdings eine gründliche Säuberung. Vermutlich hatte der Vormieter dafür keine Zeit mehr, was etwas schade war. Sonst alles super, ein perfekter Urlaub, der nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ!
