About this property
Holiday Home 'Terre De Pierres - Aventurine' with Private Terrace and Private Garden
3-star gîte of 110 m², located in a peaceful setting within a typical Périgord hamlet, fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 guests.
The house features a spacious and welcoming living area with an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), a dining area, and a lounge with a TV.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190), a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms each offer one double bed (140x190) and one single bed (90x190). A second bathroom with shower and hairdryer, plus a separate toilet, complete the sleeping area.
The gîte also includes a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. An ironing board and iron are available for your use.
Outdoor spaces include a shared heated swimming pool (open from May to the end of September, heated by a heat pump), shared with our second gîte “Terre de Pierres – L’Améthyste” (sleeps 4). Guests can also enjoy a large garden with a swing and a volleyball court.
The gîte is ideally located just 12 km from Sarlat (Dordogne Valley), Montignac (Vézère Valley), and Les Eyzies (Prehistory Museum), and near the renowned Eyrignac Gardens.
A wide range of activities is available nearby: hiking and mountain biking trails starting from the property, a leisure lake 4 km away (with supervised swimming and fishing), as well as golf, canoeing, caving, and treetop adventure parks for all ages.
The Périgord Noir also offers a rich heritage to discover: numerous castles and prehistoric caves, charming villages, and lively gourmet night markets.
Small dogs are accepted upon prior agreement with the owners.
Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras.
P.S.: We share our home with one dog and three cats.
