This fully renovated old stone house is set on the outskirts of the medieval village of Saint Cyprien, 10 miles west from Sarlat.
With its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the house is ideal up to 8 guests.
With its very large garden, private pool and nice terrace area, it gives the feel of being in peaceful countryside but having the convenience of a five minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of the picturesque medieval village where there is a colourful market every Sunday.
Within easy reach of the numerous sites in the Périgord, this comfortable property is the ideal base from which to explore the Dordogne or just relax in.

Layout of the house :
At street level: Entrance door, covered parking for 1 large car, stairs lead up to the first floor.

At terrace level:
- Spacious fully fitted kitchen with large wooden table and glazed door leading out onto the terrace
- first double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom.
- Second double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and glazed door to the terrace
- separate toilet.

From the terrace, steps lead up to the pool area with its wooden decking, poolside shower and views towards the village.

Wooden stairs lead from the first floor up to:
- a very large sitting room with parquet flooring, exposed stone and beams. The lovely arched window has views over the rooftops of St Cyprien in the distance.
- The third double bedroom which has doors opening onto the upper terrace with steps up to the pool.
- The fourth, twin-bedded room, is accessed from within the third bedroom via a flight of wooden steps
- a bathroom
- separate toilet.

Outside :
The large shady terrace area offers an ideal secluded place to dine al fresco and enjoy lazy afternoons.

From the terrace, steps lead up to the pool area with its wooden decking, poolside shower and views towards the village.

The pool is heated (24 degres minimum) for our guests comfort

Outside the heated pool area has been carefully planned with a selection of climbing plants, trees and shrubs to provide a private setting.

Superbe

Une très grande maison avec plein de niveaux. Cuisine entièrement ouverte sur la terrasse. Trois chambres avec chacune une salle de bain et très indépendantes dont une avec une mezzanine équipée de deux lits simple. Très belle piscine un peu en surplomb de la maison. Vue extraordinaire. Cœur de village où l'on peut faire tout à pieds. Bémol, la maison n'avait pas été préparée : toiles d'araignées un peu partout y compris dans les baignoires, un rideau de piscine en rade réparé le lendemain pour cause de jour férié, une cafetière hors d'usage et une salle de bain sans lumière. Tout cela pris en charge des le deuxième jour de notre séjour. Le reste était parfait surtout pour ce week end de l'ascension très chaud.

Madame Esteve-Petit bonjour merci de votre commentaire et désolée pour ces petits couacs électriques... l'orage la veille de votre arrivée à fait quelques dégâts (cafetière et volet roulant de piscine) qui ont effectivement remis en ordre. Tout est en parfait ordre dorénavant la maison a bien été totalement préparé avant votre arrivée... les araignées reviennent vite... mais nous leur faisons la guerre ! bien à vous sabine
