The villa features a dressing room, central heating, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a fan, a washing machine and a jacuzzi.
Note that the cleaning and towels are included in the rental fee. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 50 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.8 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
